Winter Blues and Depression

Winter Won't Leave!  Today it is dreary and cold outside. It is easy to get the Winter Blues...but if we can light a few candles (literally), and get some exercise (inside) and eat in a healthy way, we can exorcise the Winter Blues, which can otherwise overtake us.  I love my little salt lamp that gives a friendly warm glow, and my little electric heater that also gives a nice glow as well as heat.   That makes my place feel less "gray," which although a stylish color for walls, is still dreary.
